Terms & Conditions ~

Please read the following Terms before using our Website – by visiting and using this website, you (hereinafter “visitor” “you” “your”) are consenting that you have read these Terms  to the point that you feel you understand the Terms outlined herein, and agree to be bound by them. Please read the Terms & Conditions of use carefully before using this website and/or booking or accessing any of my services.

1. Cancellations Policy for Readings & Healings ~
When you book your appointment, you're holding a space in my calendar that's no longer available to our other customers. Your appointments and well-being are very important to me, and I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request 48 hours notice. Any cancellations received 48 hours or more in advance of your appointment time will not incur any fees, and will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive a 50% refund.

2. Cancellations Policy for Online Meditation Classes ~

When you book a place in an online meditation class, you're holding a space in that class that's no longer available to other customers. If you need to cancel your placement, I respectfully request 2 weeks (14 days) notice. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the start of the classes  will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within the 14 days will NOT receive a refund. NOTE: If you decide to pull out or cancel after the classes have started you will not receive a refund.

 

3. Cancellations Policy for Workshops & Home Circle ~

Cancellations for Workshops & Home Circles are NOT accepted and refunds are NOT available. This is because numbers are restricted for these events or services.  I understand this policy may not suit everyone and I ask that you consider this carefully before enrolling into any of my workshops or VIP events.

4. Cancellations Policy for Retreats ~

When you book a placement on a retreat, you're holding a space in that event that's no longer available to other customers. If you need to cancel your commitment, I respectfully request 1 months notice from the start date of the retreat. Cancellations made 1 month or more in advance of the start of the retreat will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within the month notice period will NOT receive a refund. If you decide to pull out after the start of the retreat you will not receive a refund.

5. Arriving Late to your Appointment ~

I require at least 30mins notice if you're going to be late to your appointment. If you're more than 10mins late, and less than 30mins notice is given, your booking may be reduced to accomodate the time difference. If you know you're going to be late please contact me immediately and let me know. If you leave this until the last minute it reduces the flexibility I have to make any changes to my bookings schedule for the day.

6. Extending the Time of Your Booking ~

Occasionally there may be a need to extend your booking to address any additional questions you may have. Additional time is subject to availability on the day and will be charged @ A$65 per 15-mins for standard appointments, and @ A$100 per 15-mins for urgent appointments.

7. Rescheduling your Reading or Healing appointments ~

If you cannot attend your appointment and ask to reschedule your booking I require 48 hours notice to make any changes. Changes requested within 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the original cost of your booking, and must be paid within 24hrs so the new appointment can be made.  Also, if I'm unable to reschedule your booking, for any reason, or you're unable to pay the cancellation fee within the 24hrs, your booking may be canceled and refunded immediately less any cancellations fees.

8. Refund Policy ~

Provided you meet all terms and conditions for a refund, your refunds will be processed the same way your original payment was received e.g., if you payed via PayPal, your refund will be processed back to your PayPal account, if you payed via Credit Card, your refund will be processed back to your Credit Card etc.​

NOTE: Refund transactions can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

9. No Shows Policy ~

If you do not turn up to your appointment, class, workshop or retreat, for any reason, you will not receive a refund. If you're wanting to cancel your booking please refer to the cancellations policies (Refer 1 - 4 above).

10. Mediumship Readings ~

45-mins 'face-to-face reading only. This service is not offered by zoom or phone. All services offered are strictly 1:1. A limit of 2 mediumship readings per day is necessary for me to retain wellness ~ your booking will be moved to accommodate this condition. Your Loved Ones must be in Spirit at least 6 months prior to receiving your reading. I do not offer readings for babies, children or pets. Please bring clear photos of your Loved Ones, this helps to establish the connection. DO NOT book a reading if you’re experiencing Complicated Grief (CG) or Prolonged Grief (PG) as this will impact your reading. Consider seeing a grief counsellor instead. If your mental health is observed as 'unwell' your booking will be cancelled/refunded immediately. No recordings permitted.

11. Urgent Readings ~

Offered as 45-mins 'psychic' reading only. Excludes mediumship readings. Managed outside of trading hours & public holidays ~ subject to availability.

NO refunds. NO cancellations. NO recordings permitted. Payment required in advance to book. All other terms and conditions apply.

12. Gift Vouchers ~

Gift vouchers expire 12 months after the date of purchase. No refunds available on gift vouchers.  Any services redeemed are subject to cancellation policies. Gift vouchers can not be redeemed for cash.

13. Ownership of Intellectual Property, Copyrights, Video and Audio Recordings ~

The Services offered and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, video recordings, audio recordings, class notes or notes taken during sessions, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Nigel Eru. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to record, photograph, sell, license, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof or otherwise used in any manner or media for any commercial or other purpose. All audio recordings, video recordings and photographs of any services offered including readings, healings, classes, workshops or events are strictly prohibited.

14. Age Limit ~

A lower age limit of 18yrs applies to all services offered.

15. Retention of Right to Change Offering ~

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

16. Confidential Health Waiver & Consent Forms ~

A confidential online health waiver form must be completed prior to receiving any healing sessions, this includes: healing sessions (booked as 'in person' appointments or 'distance/phone' appointments) and/or healing sessions combined with psychic readings. With retreats and workshops, completing a health waiver & consent form will also be a requirement as part of the application process. These consent forms are a necessary requirement as part of my Energy Therapies Association membership, Healthcare Professionals Civil Liability Insurance, and includes any Public Liability Insurance for any venues used with services offered.

17. Indemnification ~

You agree to indemnify and hold Nigel Eru harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of this website or any of the services offered on this website or personally by Nigel Eru.

18. Good Behaviour Clause ~

If at any time, and in the opinion of Nigel Eru, any student or client that becomes the subject of disruptive or disrespected behaviour, contempt, or any other action that is detrimental or unacceptable, then Nigel Eru may, upon written or verbal notice to the student or client, immediately suspend or terminate their attendance in any session, class, facebook group, workshop, or retreat.

19. Cooling Off Period ~ Readings & Healing Sessions

In the first 10mins of your reading or healing, either party can decide to cancel your session(s), for any reason, and I will provide a full refund immediately no questions asked. I will generally cancel your session if there are any mental health concerns, grief issues or disrespectful/bad behaviour.

20. Disclaimer ~

I will gain insight into your life by using psychic and mediumship awareness. Any readings, classes, courses, retreats and healings I provide are for guidance only. What you decide to do with the information I give you, including any actions you take, is down to your own personal responsibility and choice. All readings, classes, courses, retreats and healings, including any questions answered should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological or business fact and are subject to your own interpretation and judgement.  For legal reasons we have to advise you the readings, classes, courses, retreats and healings are offered are provided for entertainment purposes only. My services are not a substitute for professional services and it is advised that you should seek advice from the relevant qualified experts. Any wellness, health,  medical and/or professional information that is shared with you via text message, zoom session, in person or via email, or made available through readings, classes, courses, retreats and healings, are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health and medical providers with any questions you may have regarding any medical conditions.

21. Amendment of Terms and Conditions ~

Nigel Eru  reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Please check these Terms regularly prior to using my website to ensure you are aware of any changes. I will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you choose to use my website or access any of the services offered by Nigel Eru then I will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these Terms govern your and Nigel Eru (ABN 9090 424 3800)’s rights and obligations to each other.
